Data Intelligence
This program provides students with solid foundations in intelligence and technical data analysis and prepares them to apply an analytic intelligence tradecraft to the management of data.
Graduates of this program will be able to:
- Apply knowledge in data and technology systems to support decision makers through analysis and research.
- Communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders about functional areas of technology, cybersecurity, research and analysis, data visualization, data management, and cloud applications.
- Apply knowledge to make responsible ethical, professional, legal, and social decisions related to data management, artificial intelligence and machine learning.
- Apply critical thinking and logical analysis skills to design, implement, and evaluate computing-based solutions to complex business problems.
- Articulate the impact of emerging technologies on national security, and how they affect global society.
- Apply the tools and technologies that are being used in the national security community today to solve real world problems.
- Apply statistical concepts to law enforcement investigations and national security missions.
- Demonstrate knowledge of coding languages that are useful for analysis of criminal and national security use cases.
